Cause is either unknown or pnuemonia - not both

And here is BBC saying the same thing: [1]. ...Brown died early on Monday from heart failure, less than 48 hours after being taken to hospital with pneumonia.... He had pneumonia, but he died of heart failure. DragonFire1024 18:46, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
