Title is missleading.
- Agree with the above, there was no talk of a ceasefire, just unconfirmed reports by an american diplomat that Israel will suspend bombings. I guess the american diplomat was wrong. --vonbergm 16:41, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

And is based on on source other than an al jazera article taken out of context. Specificly the american diplomat said that israel have agreed to stop bombings, and not to stop operations. Israeli sources reported that israel have agreed to stop aerial bombings of targets that are not directly related to ground operations. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 80.232.117.65 (talk • contribs)
