Horrible title

The title is horrible. Maybe something like: Israel holds Lebanon responsible for terrorists attacks.

Use of "terrorist" must be attributed as it is a POV

Wikinews cannot label people terrorists, to make use of the word you must cite a source that claims the attacked group are terrorists. Terrorist is not a label people attach to themselves, they consider themselves freedom fighters, or something similar. Yes, it is a minority viewpoint, but it means the use of the term is disputed and to use it you must attribute the definition to maintain neutrality.
