I think I'm going to put this up for publish, since it has a good deal of info and sources now, and POV doesn't appear to be an issue
Needs to mention that Israel is one of the "other nuclear powers" and that Israel is not a signatory to the NPT in order to clarify Baradei's comment on hypocrisy.
