"Big Blue" not "the Big Blue", It's just bad, even if you were trying to make a play on words, like "out of the blue".

According to Wikipedia's Decimal separator article, India appears to use commas so it would appear to be consistent to change the apostrophes to commas. R2b2 23:08, 6 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
