The source says "there are still some procedural steps internal to ISO/IEC that are required before the official text of the standard will be finalized and issued, these steps (described below) are formalities rather than gating factors." It might be worth waiting for an official announcement from ISO before publishing this. I can't see it mentioned in their press releases. Whilst it may only be formalities, it would be better (IMO) to wait for official confirmation (rather than relying on a single source), and for a press release which will contain an official quote we can use.
