Congratulations to the people who corrected this after my initial version - in general IMHO these are good changes.

i brought back the wikipedia links to w:conflict resolution and w:Confidence and Security-Building Measures. Conflict and war have been around for a long time, and many people have studied them (presumably going back to Socrates and earlier). Just as some ideas about atoms and molecules happen to be useful parts of knowledge - there are also ideas about conflict resolution and e.g. confidence and security-building measures. They are not "hard science" like physics, but there is still background information there which can be presented as reasonably NPOV "soft science" and of which many people are not aware and which deserve (and have) encyclopedia articles. We cannot claim that either US, Iranian, Russian, Chinese or IAEA officials have the "correct" or "moral" view on conflict resolution, that would be POV - but we can point to the article with a description of what is claimed by wikipedists to be NPOV knowledge about conflict resolution.
