Size of hail edit

How big was the hail? Was it bigger than normal size or it is just that there was alot of them? nzgabriel 09:03, 15 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Snowed in? edit

I know you folks down there don't get a lot of snow, etc. But the phrase snowed in usually means so much snow that you cannot leave your house. The exact amount of course varies from place to place - a place like Buffalo, NY, where they have lake-effect snow can probably handle several feet of snow without being snowed in. Here (very close to NYC), I'd say 18 inches (45 cm) would make people say they were snowed in. But from what I see in your nice pictures, I don't really think anyone's movement is restricted. Just a thought. Cheers, --SVTCobra 00:11, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Oops, I may have seemed a bit harsh. I liked the original reporting with pics. Good Job!--SVTCobra 00:13, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
