Talk:Government of Canada okays WIND Mobile launch, overturning CRTC decision

This is somewhat confusing. I was under the impression that CRTC was part of governement, which begs the question, which part of canadian gov overturned CRTC, and under what authority did they have to overrule the CRTC. Bawolff ☺☻ 01:25, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

The verifiability thing's a little harsh. I would encourage the use of original source documents; how better to source a report than the report itself?
