It should no longer be a "Crime" to be british, to be british and to display a british/english/welsh/scottish flag anywhere in britain should not cause offence to anyone, if it does then who cares? if the flag/customs of the country they are visiting/living in causes offence in any way they should re-consider being here in the first place. we should have a right to fly our flag and celebrate being british in any way we can!
