WWI-era veteransEdit
What does it exactly mean? I tried looking it up at wikipedia but couldn't find the meaning. --PatrickFlaherty (talk) 22:45, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
- It's right there in one of the wikilinks in this article:). It seems to mean that they were soldiers from around the time period that WWI took place, but that they didn't actually fight in the war for whatever reason (serving elsewhere I'd assume, or in a neutral country).
