Why are only Georgian officials quoted

Not firstleadmaterial anymore.

The article seems old or perhaps inaccurate/povish. Reportings about Georgian troops continued fighting and lately a shelling on a road with rocketartillery(?), clusterammo (?), (interfax) dont make Georgians peacewill trustworthy.
