@Rubbish computer: the wn:lede (first para) does not answer wn:when the event took place, which is essential to establish how new this said event is. Please add it as soon as possible so I can review. I mean, when did the reported number of deaths took place.

@Rubbish computer: to clarify, I meant, some news site must have mentioned the death tally, please mention by which date the death count was reported, because "rains this past week" will be too vague.
