The 3RR is broken when a user or a group of users acting in concert reverts another user's edits the fourth time. You and Amgine have clearly broken this rule. -- NGerda June 30, 2005 20:18 (UTC)

Wikinews does not use article stages

Article stages was a system of development which was abandoned by Wikinews as unworkable in practice. We do not require articles to be listed as at a stage of development.
