- I've added the citation that I got the information from. Assumed the TwinCities cite was a duplicate of the MSNBC article, but apparently that info was not in it! --Resplendent (talk) 02:30, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

Beulah is in the western part of the state. While it may have had to be evacuated, it was due to the Missouri backing up, not to the Red River flooding. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.180.133.120 (talk) 00:39, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
