Headline edit

Considering WN:Future, the headline should say "Face coverings to be mandatory on public transport in England from June 15, John Doe declares".

Noted and changed. Thank you for the advice. Chandlerjoeyross (talk)

Lede edit

The first sentence of the lede also violates WN:Future, reporting as fact a future event. The focal event is an announcement, which as currently written isn't mentioned until the second sentence. Not only is it much stronger to put the focal event first, but in this case, the future event mentioned in the first sentence calls for attribution, and the attribution is the focal event that's now in the second sentence. --Pi zero (talk) 14:02, 5 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
