Preliminary thoughts edit

@ImprovedWikiImprovment: Reviewing this in its current form, I might be able to make sufficient changes to publish (not sure I'm up to it at this instant; just saying); but it would be easier to review with some improvements made first by someone other than me.

  • Things often need to be attributed in news. The quote in the middle (that is now a {{cquote}}; more on that below) needs to be attributed. The bit about the strong gas smell wants attribution too. It would be good to know also where this information about who was killed came from (such things are often due to "officials", if not something a bit more specific than that).
  • A quote set aside from the body should use {{QuoteLeft}} (or more rarely {{QuoteRight}}), should be attributed, and should also occur in the body of the article where it is also attributed.
  • This really could use another sentence or two to put it decisively on the good side of our minimal-length criterion.

@Pi zero: Thank you for this helpful feedback. I have addressed some of these points and added a little to this, and will come back to this in a bit as I have to go afk for an hour. Best, ImprovedWikiImprovment (talk) 09:03, 22 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
