According to the source lalliance.fr and wwf.fr it is not a global action but a french one. Obviously only Austrian oekonews.at (unknown to me) called it "Weltweite Aktion" (worldwide action). --88.76.218.240 12:30, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- You are right in the sense, that the action started in France (the UN IPCC, which will release the climate report is located in Paris). However, now many other organizations from other countries also support the idea. See e.g. www.umwelt.kommunikationssystem.de. --Roland
- If nobody disagrees, I will change the text back to "global action". There are various environmental organizations from other countries than France, which have joined the call for action. It is definitely more than just a French initiative, as the article now suggests. --Roland 15:40, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
