This is an appalling headline: the EFF is making a claim and the headline states it as an established fact. 24.94.246.41 23:13, 8 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

While the headline may be slightly misleading, it is factually correct. The EFF did file a motion to stop AT&T from forwarding Internet traffic to NSA. The important part that makes the headline factual is that we are reporting on the fact that the EFF filed a motion not that claims of the motion. However if you would like to rename it, you can do so by creating an account (it is quick and free) and clicking rename --Cspurrier 14:18, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

The ability to be accountable for re-writing headlines is exactly why I registered. In this case, I agree that while the headline may mislead some, it is factual. It seems to attack AT&T ad hominem; however it's the motion filed that is the actual claim, which is being reported. To the story's credit, it clearly states that the illegal forwarding is only a claim, and does so in the first sentence. Karen 01:06, 11 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
