Some work needed due to copy-vio

edit

Almost all sentences are word-for-word copies of the three English sources listed. Needs to be re-written. --Jcart1534 20:37, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

What do you think now? ;) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 83.38.183.72 (talkcontribs) 21:08, 1 December 2007
Much better! I am just going to edit it and it should be good to go. Cheers, --Jcart1534 22:10, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I could not find information in any of the sources listed, including the Spanish ones, to support the following claim:
"This incident comes a day after more than 50 basques (journalists, writers, ecologists, teachers, lawyers and other profesionals) were imprisoned by the Spanish police accused of supporting ETA's independentist ideas." Maybe I missed it? --Jcart1534 20:37, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

The imprisonment of 50 basques accused of support ETA's ideology has been widely recorded by the Spanish and Basque media, but no by the international ones (for example, in the newspaper El Pais http://www.elpais.com/articulo/espana/Audiencia/impone/duras/condenas/38/52/procesados/caso/Ekin/elpepunac/20071201elpepinac_2/Tes and in the Basque Gara http://www.gara.net/azkenak/12/51251/es/Continuan-detenciones-procesados-sumario-18-98). Someone can think that this has nothing to do with the shooting, so perhaps we should remove this paragraph. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 83.38.183.72 (talkcontribs) 21:08, 1 December 2007
Let's keep it. It is relevant enough. I was just concerned because I couldn't find it in the sources currently in the article. We can add the elpais.com source to the article. Cheers, --Jcart1534 21:21, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
I added the GARA source instead, as it was more detailed. Jcart1534 21:43, 1 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
