I might have re-edited many times, but that's because i am new to Wikinews, and struggling to get the Wiki-language right. But, the content has remained same since yesteday. I just elaborated the New plans, and sub-categorised the article for easy reading. If you read the article, i have not tried to interpret it at any stage. Also, the source of all the factual statements are linked. I think in present form it still looks like a news article. and, is there any thing wrong with categorising ? Please compare yesterday's edit with today's. I leave to others to decide.Indrajitneogi 19:39, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
