"Dictator"

Title was "Cuban dictator ...". I see that as POV. The democracy in a communist nation is not the same as the democracy in a capitalist society. What you /we see as a a comunist state's dictatorship is considered to be people democracy in a communist state, hence the so-called dictator is in fact a leader, that's all.
