Seems simple to me, they establish a real government, than they get recognized as such. 14:32, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Seems to me other people have so called fake (depending on your definition) governments, and there still traded with. Bawolff ☺☻ 03:10, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
