Just a head's up, @JJLiu112: the PDF authored by "A Dashutin" is hosted on AWS's S3(?) which means it will require a time sensitive key to access the PDF. It is not going to work after a certain duration. In that case, please cite the page where the PDF can be found -- and I will upload the PDF to files., so any scoop member can verify from there (do NOT send media to scoop directly, media files are to be uploaded on files. ONLY).

Could you please update to this URL? (Else, I will do it when you are no longer editing it.)
