Quotes are on tape, I attended the meeting. Jason Safoutin 18:12, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

Is there an extreme paucity of stories being submitted to this website?

It seems excessive that such a limited issue as this has got so much airtime. It's terrible that businesses are being displaced, but in the grand scheme of things I am not sure that it warrants ten stories and a feature. Seeing (from the photos) as there were about ten protesters there, it's equivalent to each person getting their own personal whinge.

Imagine if the hundreds of thousands of protesters in France decided to write stories complaining about the new job laws?

  • Holy cow. Jason! You were at the meeting? I found the coverage so interesting. Would you (consider) adding the category "zoning" to the article. I did a "original reporting" article on the same day about a Long Beach California redevelopment issue. I added an audio to my story. Eminent domain is a hot topic, and I thought that "zoning" might be a good category for it. I couldn't think of a better word. Maybe you can? MartinGugino 12:15, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
