editAs you might expect, a lot of stuff is background already checked from related news. I only used the newer related story, you don;t need to trawl through the 'announce arrest' article. As for the whole life tariff - although not explicitly mentioned in the sources, it says he's been detained for life. That's what the whole life tariff (or order) is, and the only way to do it in England and Wales. Therefore, I feel the sources adequately cover it.
