First point is that local wikilinks should be used where they are available, i.e. United Kingdom instead of w:United Kingdom. For a second occurrence you could link to Wikipedia, but you don't really need to. Another key point is that wikilinks should not be repeated. If you've already linked to a Wikipedia article for word "PLUG", don't repeat it in the article. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
