"Last seen wearing pants, a shirt, and a coat?" Are you kidding me? This is supposed to be helpful? What color was his hair? "Hair-colored?" Man, that's some in-depth reporting. At least we know he isn't wearing shoes, a hat, gloves, or a backpack. CNN is listing as "Wearing blue jeans, red jacket with reflective tape, dark blue hat."
