Vietnam PM

Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on Friday has sent congratulatory messages to the new Premier.

This sounds odd within the article. I mean, was Tan Dung the only head of state in the world to congratulate the new Belgian premier? Probably not; then, why does only he get mentioned? If the article is going to mention international reactions to the nomination, shouldn't it present also the states more closely related with Belgium - such as the USA and the European neighbors? 189.79.100.161 18:29, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
