It looks like much of this article, as written, is pretty much a copy and paste from a couple of the sources. For example, the first paragraph: "Australian students from primary school to year ten would be required to learn a second language as part of a national push by university chiefs to stem the language "crisis" in schools." From the Age: "Students from primary school to year 10 would be required to study a second language as part of a national push by university chiefs to stem the language "crisis" in schools."
