If only our government could regulate petrol excise, maybe people could afford new 3G handsets.

Thats an interesting point, especially given the Fuel Tax Amendment Bill 2005 which is currently in the process of being implemented. Under it LPG and Ethanol have their excise rates lifted and the excise on foreign Ethanol dropped - Cartman02au (Talk)(AU Portal) 01:25, 16 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
