Talk:Australia appeals for no execution in Indonesian drug case

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't find any reference to S.Cory being a beauty queen? Am I wrong, or does this need a new headline? Diodesign 16:25, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Also note that it's "prostate cancer" not "prostrate cancer" Ajs 16:32, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

hmmm...That's what's so great about wiki! Let's all jump on this question, gang and I hope she was a beauty "something" --HiFlyer 16:42, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC) The 27-year-old former beauty student from the Gold Coast faces a maximum penalty of death...or beauty therapy student...maybe that means hairdresser. Who wants to change the headline? And I regret the error...after reading three or five stories on it, beauty student meant beauty career in a different way to me in Texas than it does to folks in Australia. Sort of like saying, "How's yer bum fer warts?" means one thing here and another there. --HiFlyer 16:47, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

If no one objects I will move the article to "Aussie beauty student may face firing squad etc etc --HiFlyer 16:50, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Great new headline, fellow wikian! and thanks for the great catch, dios! Alan
No problem :) Diodesign 16:55, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Someone doesn't like your headline, Dio. But most people reacognize that the appeal is from the politicians to the officials in Indonesia. Anyone can have at the headline since it is yesterday's news anyway, IMHO --HiFlyer 20:41, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Alan - most people? Did you do a survey? - Simeon 04:12, 10 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Firing sqad punishment...

edit

"Don't be stressed." the judge tells the defendant... -edw 22:53, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Can you believe that, edw? How crazy, huh... --HiFlyer 00:06, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Makes me wonder if Indonesia is treating this poor person in a circus atmosphere. -edw 00:29, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)
