Following on from South Gippsland, Australia local council candidate Sue Plowright speaks with Wikinews about environment, education, and other local issues, this is the interview with the other Coastal-Promontory candidate I'm aware of, Mat Morgan, who I contacted via his Facebook page. His responses have been forwarded to scoop, I've made some very minor formatting changes - changing apostrophes from ’ to ', adding a tooltip for when he said "Prom", changing ACF’S to ACF's, removing an errant "a" in between South Gippsland from the first response, and changing the "It'd" at the start of question four to "I'd". One more concern - Morgan brought up his Facebook page + the handle.
