It would be helpful to have comment, or 'no comment' from the rebels and government, but given that the usual sources for synthesis news don't have this either, I don't see that Wikinews is obliged to seek such comments. The style of the headline is unusual for Wikinews, so I am not sure if it needs a colon or a comma. I stuck with the colon. The headline is, however, effective. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
