Removal of Flag

I had to remove the flag bc I couldn't figure out how to fix its position in order not to obstruct other parts of the page... will try to figure out how to Towsonu2003 09:55, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

done, substitute flag with logo if you'd like to, the color seemed not to match that's all Towsonu2003 10:07, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
