Copied from English Wikipedia which in turn got it from the Hebrew one. --- The file source is the Knesset website which states the following regarding copyright material (see here): לפי דיני זכויות היוצרים התקפים היום בישראל, זכויות היוצרים בפרסומי הכנסת, כולל אלו המתפרסמים באתר זה, הן של מדינת ישראל. המשתמש רשאי לעשות "שימוש הוגן" בחומר המוגן, לפי הכללים הקבועים בדין, וכן ציטוט מתוך החומר המוגן באופן סביר. המצטט כאמור חייב על פי דין לציין כי מקור המידע הוא מאתר הכנסת. כמו כן, אסור למשתמש לעשות בחומר המוגן כל סילוף, פגימה או שינוי אחר, או כל פעולה שיש בה משום הפחתת ערך ביחס לחומר המוגן, העלולה לפגוע בכבודה או בשמה, של הכנסת. Translated this reads: "According to the copyright laws current in Israel, all rights to Knesset publications, including those published in this site, are reserved to the State of Israel. Fair use of the copyright material is allowed in accordance with the rules fixed in law. It is also allowed to cite copyright material in a reasonable manner. Whoever shall cite as such is obliged by law to mention that the source of the information is the Knesset website.
