Rational edit

Permission was given to upload image as CC by, but the OTRS request was too vague for OTRS to accept. The author is in a war torn nation and contact with them is rare. Therefore further future discussion regarding clarification on image licensing is not likely. This image is part of an original report and exclusive interview and it is the only known image in existence.
