Summary

Description
English: This shows the front of N6609P after it crashed in Colorado on May 18, 2016. The pilot was on multiple medications that impaired judgement and very drunk. He began performing stunts in a big to show off to air traffic control. Investigators found the intoxicants "led [the pilot] to believe that he could perform maneuvers in the airplane that it was not capable of performing." The summary can be found here and the supporting documentation is here.
