Why don't we just lift the stupid gambling ban?... Spacehusky 20:15, 29 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

That's just what I was wondering... Damned US government seems determined to get what it wants, and doesn't care who it screws - including itself - to get it. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 21:01, 29 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
That's just it -- legally speaking, there 'is' no gambling ban. The Wire Act prohibits specifically sports betting over telephone lines and little else as I read it, which implies that the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act really has no teeth whatsoever. Hence, no legal action, arrests, or anything at all relating thereto. VAgentZero 21:49, 2 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
