The whole Syrian war is based on lies, the so called freedom fighter "rebels" are a bunch of Islamic fundamentalists who chop of heads of Catholic priests. The US supports them because like all right wing fanatics they support the US government and their wars of "liberation."

Seems a bit oversimplified. Just because a bunch of rebels are bad people doesn't mean those they're fighting aren't bad people.
