"Foreign aid"

The "foreign aid" the "nation" sends to the U.S. is really just taxes, whether the "President" calls it so or not. This has got to be some sort of joke!!! Even if this Republic of Molossia exists, it certainly isn't newsworthy to anyone (apart from its few residents).
