Obviously Convicted Rapist, Officer Stephen Mitchell, is a DNA Psychopath. The Governments of U.S., NATO, and U.K., should have long ago, as soon as it was possible, have developed a DNA Test for Psychopathy. Very few DNA Psychopaths become Convicted Criminals! They need special career counseling: the Military is a great career for Psychopaths, as is Finance! Many Psych0paths do very well in Finance; Many own Mansions on the Palm Beach Barrier Island! Psychopaths have Rights also, and have the right to Fair Counseling, based on their DNA!
