The headline is misleading.
The lowest point in the Dow in November 2008 was 7552 on November 20, 2008. The Dow closed at 7223 on Friday, well below the levels seen in November 2008. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jcallis (talk • contribs) 15:34, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
