- Quite an idiot. The missile won't contain a warhead because it's being used as a KINETIC weapon (i.e. it destroys things through the force of hitting them). Just smashing into the satellite is enough to destroy it; they're very delicate. Likewise, it would be nearly impossible for a kinetic missile to deal any significant damage to any military targets on the ground. --71.232.227.162 13:35, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the world kick up a stink in the last year when another country shot down a satellite? Grow up US. edit
The US is once again acting like a spoilt child. Early last year they were 'concerned' when China did exactly what they are proposing to do now. We didn't know about the what China did until a week later. The U.S., on the other hand, has given quite a bit of ahead notice.
