impeachment

If Congress really cared about the constitutional division of war powers, they would have begun impeachment proceedings against Obama two months ago. That's when the War Powers Resolution would have required Obama to withdraw US forces from Libya. But of course, they didn't, proving to us that this whole situation is just political theater.
