Well, everyone knows that Nigeria is home to the cyber mafia of con artists (I think we should just nuke Nigeria or at least sever their Internet connection; regardless of the fact, that it's happening beyond their borders)... but I didn't Romania was a big "hotspot" either. --TUFKAAP - (talk) 05:46, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
