What a terrible quote. The engine sounded very low, and the plane came straight down? Either it was flying low or it came straight down, one or the other. Poorly written article.

Is it not possible to nose-dive from low altitude then? IMHO the only confusion is as to whether the engine "sounding low" indicates possible engine failure or that the plane sounded close to the ground. We editors cannot be responsible for the quality of quotes coming from eye witnesses though and it certainly doesn't make an article poorly written. Bottom line: if it's the only available eye witness account then I say leave it in. Shane.Bell (talk) 08:04, 13 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yikes... I hope it was ok... The people donated blood for nothing. -205.250.179.37 (talk) 03:06, 9 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
