If I read correctly, there was an army general calling for the prime minister to step down. It's not been too long since a (relatively?) unbloody coup put Thaksin out of office, so I reckon that all too violent measures by the current government are not really an option. (I mean, if I read correctly the anti-government protesters have been occupying the government offices for multiple months now, right ?). Sean Heron (talk) 17:12, 27 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
