Literature reference? edit

The only references are to pop science articles. This article is essentially useless without a reference to the scientific study in the literature. Even if it hasn't been published yet, it should have been assigned a PMID, and that would suffice for somebody who wanted to follow up. 24.18.229.67 (talk) 21:33, 12 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

You would be better off on the talk page, since this is only for opinions and hence your comments may not be seen. Wikinews:Cite sources says "Only cite sources used for information - do not add sources if you did not include any information from them." In other words, since the original document was not used to write the article it would be misleading to add that article to the sources section. Hope that explains things for you. i started to use an aspirin everyday, due to a family history of heart/death problems. a few months later i had stomach ulcers. i quit using, however; i always carry an aspirin with me and when i think i am having a heart problem, i take one and will feel better within 30 minutes. once or twice a month._____20:18, 19 September 2009 (UTC)~~
