North Korea

Has North Korea announced a reaction to this? I would figure they would take offense for some reason to having it in South Korea.

I'm not sure if they've issued a statement reacting to this IOC decision. But according to what I've read, Pyeongchang's province was split between North and South Korea, and South Korean officials have touted their bid as a way to bridge the divide between the two nations.
